The AECOM Library has a subscription to RefWorks, a powerful web-based bibliographic management software program. RefWorks is available for free to all AECOM faculty, students, staff and residents.

Use RefWorks to:

• Create and organize a personal database
• Import references from a variety of online sources, including PubMed, Web of Science, PsycInfo, SciFinder Scholar.
• Insert these references into your papers and articles with Write-n-Cite.
• Easily change the formatting according to hundreds of publishers' style requirements.
• Share your research with colleagues from any computer with Internet access.

RefWorks is accessible from the Library’s Databases page. From there you may sign up for an individual account or log in, if you already have one.

In order to use Refworks from off campus, you must first configure your computer, which is explained here. View a demonstration.

The Library offers classes in using RefWorks. The class schedule is available here. In addition, Refworks offers online tutorials through its Help menu.
